Stating that they built the project with great care, going beyond the standards in the sector, Usta Group of Companies Chairman of the Board İbrahim Usta said, "In all the buildings we have constructed, we have used historic Turkish names, and we continue to do so. We live in the Republic of Turkey, we are citizens of the Republic of Turkey, and naturally we must pass on our history to future generations. For example, the Alperen Residences we built in Beştepe, the 1071 Manzara Houses we built in Dikmen, and the projects we named 1071 Çankaya in Çankaya," he said.
